A+ Powerwashing & Roof Cleaning is a growing home-service brand serving Central New Jersey since 1990. They are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving lead generation across both brands and have the opportunity to grow into a Marketing Manager role.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Build, manage & optimize Google Search, Local, and Retargeting campaigns
Build & optimize Facebook/Meta lead gen campaigns
Set up conversion tracking using CallRail, GA4, and GTM
Execute advanced SEO : local optimization, schema markup, on-page SEO, keyword strategy
Publish new pages and landing pages using WordPress
Run audits using BrightLocal, SEMrush, GSC
Build email/SMS automations using ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar
Manage welcome sequences, nurture sequences, reactivation campaigns
Improve customer retention and repeat business
Support direct mail and seasonal promotions
Build simple creative or work with contractors for graphics
Provide weekly reporting on lead generation, spend & ROI

Required

Advanced SEO (local, schema, technical, on-page)
Google Ads (full campaign builds, negative keywords, landing pages, tracking)
Meta Ads (audiences, creative testing, retargeting)
Email marketing and automation workflows
WordPress landing page creation
Analytics: GA4, Tag Manager, CallRail, SEMrush, BrightLocal
Able to independently plan, execute, and measure campaigns

Preferred

Direct mail experience
CRM experience (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Brevo)
Basic creative or video editing skills
Experience in the home services industry
