R. H. Foster Energy is seeking a motivated, people-focused professional to join their team as a Branch Manager in Training. Responsibilities
Supervise Service Department staff, customer service teams, and drivers
Participate in hiring, training, development, and performance management
Build and maintain a positive culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and champion a safety-first environment
Oversee day-to-day operations, productivity, delivery scheduling, and branch performance
Manage inventory processes, budgeting, invoicing, billing, and administrative duties
Model our Customer Promises and represent R. H. Foster Energy with professionalism
Resolve customer concerns promptly and in accordance with company policies
Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and company leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree OR 1–2 years of related experience/training OR an equivalent combination
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret technical information and create clear reports
Mathematical competency for calculating rates, budgets, and operational metrics
A strong commitment to safety, service, and teamwork
Class C Driver's License (required) and clean driving record
Willingness to obtain additional certifications, including Hazmat 126
