Responsibilities

Working with stakeholders to identify and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for HR technology systems
Organizing and prioritizing system enhancements and updates to ensure development efforts align with organizational goals and user needs
Analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending or implementing solutions to enhance operational performance
Participating in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and reviews, to ensure timely delivery of high-value system features and updates
Assisting stakeholders in adopting new systems or processes by preparing communication materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support

You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position

You must meet all qualification requirements, including education if applicable to this position, subject to verification at any stage of the application process by 12/11/2025
