Quality Control Inspector/Technician

Responsibilities
Performing incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
Using inspection tools, from basic hand tools to advanced CMM capabilities
Verifying calibration of inspection equipment
Reviewing product and paperwork to meet blueprint, spec, and P.O. requirements
Supporting FAI (First Article Inspection) documentation
Creating and managing Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs)
Participating in internal and external audits
Providing input on manufacturing work instructions and inspection methods
Identifying opportunities for improvement to strengthen our quality system
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship (required)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and sit for long periods
Strong foundation in quality control methodologies
Analytical problem-solving abilities
Blueprint, spec, and work instruction interpretation
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ERP, and inspection software
Mechanical aptitude & basic shop math
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Quality Control
Technical proficiency with inspection & test equipment
Knowledge of GD&T principles
Preferred
AS/BS in a technical field is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience accepted (relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree)
Familiarity with aerospace regulatory standards (preferred)
