Responsibilities
Project management responsibilities include preparation of proposals and invoicing, management of project progress with respect to budget, and collection efforts
Participate in marketing and business development with a focus on maintaining regular client contacts
Supervise a team of employees with an emphasis on growth and financial performance
Manage the team for growth with a strong emphasis on technical work execution and business development
Oversee schedules and review employee time and expenses to ensure that they are correctly recorded and coded for billing
Conduct and/or assist with coaching, performance evaluations, discipline, and termination of employees
Assist with recruiting and maintaining appropriate staff levels with approval by your management
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university
5-8+ years of civil/geotechnical engineering experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one within three months
