Responsibilities
Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Weibull analysis
Implement reliability modeling and optimization practices
Support RCM strategy deployment and asset criticality ranking
Analyze performance data to improve system uptime and reliability
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to develop PM tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Reliability, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
5–7 years in reliability engineering or RCM programs
Experience with infrastructure or industrial asset maintenance required
FMEA, RCM, and predictive maintenance tools
Root cause analysis
Use of reliability tools (ReliaSoft, RAM Commander, etc.)
Statistical and data analytics
Preferred
ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
CMRT or CMRP a plus
