Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and technicians, fostering professional growth and a collaborative culture

Oversee project quality and safety standards, ensuring accurate deliverables and efficient work-flows

Recruit and develop top talent to strengthen the practice and support long-term growth

Collaborate with the current survey leadership team and other managers to identify new opportunities and expand services

Support business development efforts through client engagement and integrated solutions

Existing conditions and topographic surveys

Boundary and ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys

Utility and route surveys

Subdivisions and statutory plats

Construction layout and as-built surveys

Qualification

Licensed Professional Surveyor10+ years surveying experienceBusiness development experienceMultidisciplinary consulting experienceMentoring experienceClient managementTeam developmentOperational excellenceNetwork of existing clients

Required

Licensed Professional Surveyor (PS) in West Virginia or ability to obtain license

10+ years of land surveying experience

Experience leading business development and client management efforts

Experience leading and mentoring staff

Preferred

Experience working within a multidisciplinary consulting practice

Network of existing client is a plus
