Build preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
Create detailed job plans, labor estimates, and task lists
Coordinate with operations to ensure resource alignment
Monitor maintenance KPIs (compliance, backlog, MTTR/MTBF)
Configure and optimize EAM-based work order systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
4–7 years of experience in asset maintenance or PM planning
CMMS or EAM software (Hexagon, Maximo, SAP)
Job planning and task list development
Maintenance metrics and dashboards
Scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera)
Preferred
Familiarity with public sector or utility maintenance programs
CMRT (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician)
EAM/CMMS Training Certification
