Responsibilities

Manage a team of employees which includes scheduling shifts, delegating duties, store is properly staffed, and ensure training is up to date

Ensure customers are satisfied with service and quality, which includes addressing any customer concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner

Ensure that food preparations and services meet McDonald’s quality standards and adheres to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory

Operate equipment such as grills, fryers, and drink dispensers

Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers

Responsible for the development of employees, which includes providing feedback on their performance, and coaching them to improve their skills

Manage money counts, register activity, bank deposits, etc

Qualification

Required

Minimum 20 years old

Available to work a minimum of 40hrs a week

Must be serve safe certified

Must be trained in all department manager areas (3)

Must have completed the developing the leader in me, class

Strong leadership skills

Must have reliable transportation

Must be permitted to work in the US

Have availability in the mornings, nights, weekends, holidays

Preferred

Prior experience in a management role is preferred
