Responsibilities
Own the strategy and execution for Uber AI Solutions AI products and tools that deliver high-quality data for our clients
Lead with data and customer empathy, blending quantitative insights with a deep understanding of foundational model and agentic AI developer needs to shape product direction
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Engineering, Operations, and Design to execute against an ambitious roadmap
Drive alignment across teams, ensuring strategic clarity and execution velocity on complex, cross-functional initiatives
Define clear, actionable product requirements, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, effort, and long-term value creation
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in AI/ML start-ups or advanced AI product environments, across consumer and/or B2B products
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
Technical Fluency: Comfortable working side-by-side with senior ML researchers, infrastructure engineers, and data scientists. Able to translate vague or frontier scientific capabilities into user-facing value quickly and clearly. Engineering background + Coding experience
Experience working directly with customers - particularly enterprise - to uncover needs, run pilots, and prioritize solutions that can scale (not just one-off engineering efforts)
0→1 Product Building: Hands-on experience taking a product (or significant product feature) from concept through launch to market adoption
Ethical & Responsible AI Awareness: Familiarity with frameworks for responsible AI development, including compliance, governance, and security considerations
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
Strong product sense with a customer-first mindset and proven ability to translate real user needs into scalable, intuitive solutions
Bias to learn fast and operate effectively in technical, data-rich, and dynamic environments
Relentlessly high bar for product quality, cross-functional collaboration, and personal contribution
