Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of a cloud-scale data platform using Databricks
Own Lakehouse architecture (Delta Lake)
Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
Manage Databricks clusters
Ensure data governance
Integrate with cloud storage and enterprise systems
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable data solutions supporting analytics, reporting, and ML/AI workloads
Qualification
Required
Senior-level Databricks Architect experience
Lead design and implementation of a cloud-scale data platform using Databricks
Own Lakehouse architecture (Delta Lake)
Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
Manage Databricks clusters
Ensure data governance
Integrate with cloud storage and enterprise systems
Collaboration with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
Deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable data solutions supporting analytics, reporting, and ML/AI workloads
Strong expertise in Spark/PySpark
Strong expertise in Python/SQL
Strong expertise in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong expertise in data modeling
Strong expertise in data governance
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD
Experience with infrastructure as code
