Responsibilities
Configure Hexagon EAM modules and workflows to match business needs
Customize dashboards, reports, and notifications
Support data migration, testing, and user acceptance phases
Collaborate with integration teams to enable API and SCADA connections
Provide training and Tier 2 support for users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems
3+ years of hands-on experience with Hexagon/Inforum EAM systems
Experience supporting public infrastructure or asset-heavy organizations
EAM module configuration and scripting
Workflow design and automation
SQL, data migration, and data integrity verification
Training delivery and technical documentation
Preferred
Hexagon EAM Functional Consultant or Technical Consultant
ITIL Certification is a plus
