Senior Account Executive (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities

You’ll proactively identify, target, and engage high-value accounts—using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI prospecting platforms to spark interest and build relationships
You’ll run the full sales cycle like a pro—from first discovery to final signature
You’ll own a $3M annual net new business quota, with clear accountability for deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene
You’ll represent Seer out in the wild—on calls, on panels, at conferences, or in client activations—bringing thought leadership around digital marketing, AI trends, SEO, paid media, creative and analytics

Required

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing six figure+ deals
Digital marketing fluency required—you understand SEO, paid media, analytics, creative and AI, and know how to translate those capabilities into business outcomes
Demonstrated success selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations, including the ability to engage senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders
Proven track record of sourcing and closing at least $3M in net-new annual revenue, ideally through a mix of outbound, relationship-driven, and strategic sales efforts
Proficient in prospecting tools and sales platforms, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and AI-powered enablement tools
Strategic sales approach—you build custom solutions, multithread across complex orgs, and guide consultative conversations that align to big-picture goals
Disciplined with deal velocity and forecasting—you keep your CRM clean, your forecast accurate, and your sales motion efficient
Collaborative and resourceful—you build strong internal relationships to bring in subject matter experts and elevate your pitches

Preferred

Agency experience strongly preferred, especially if you've sold services in a consultative or project-based environment
