Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Resort Sales and Customer Service
Creative Sales Strategy with the ability to grow revenue
A creative eye with the ability to lead a team to execute high-quality galleries
Experience in Sales and Marketing, with proficiency in group sales
Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to guide a creative team and effectively interact with resort partners and customers
Ability to work on-site in Wailea, HI, and adapt to the needs of a fast-paced, high-end photography and luxury hospitality environment
Prior experience in luxury, hospitality a must
Preferred
Photography-related industries is a plus
