Responsibilities

Support production program activities, including interfacing with the production staff, understanding the system requirements, creating and reviewing reports and streamlining processes
Support failure analysis efforts including running tests in support of troubleshooting and driving root cause on failures
Work with teams of all sizes and enjoy a mix of creative design work, mentoring the next generation of protégés, developing White Papers, presenting internally and externally, and leading test events

Required

An active Secret clearance is required for this position
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science and at least 6 years' experience
Development and production of a complex electro/mechanical system including requirements development, integration, test, verification & validation and qualification
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, senior leadership, and other functional disciplines such as Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, along with Project Management Officers
Excellent organizational & time management skills
Experience with Matlab and Oracle
Experience working in an Agile environment

Preferred

Extensive experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
Experience with missile systems and guided projectiles
IR related work experience
Knowledgeable in Earned Value Management Systems
