Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Technology Support with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Netflow, PRTG, Solarwinds) and with endpoint protection systems (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike) with a High School Diploma OR Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Technology Support with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Netflow, PRTG, Solarwinds) and with endpoint protection systems (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike) with a Bachelor's Degree
