Responsibilities

Advancing the functionality, efficiency, and integration of loan origination and servicing systems
Enhancing member experience and operational excellence
Acting as a liaison between business units, IT, vendors, and leadership
Ensuring technology solutions align with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities
Playing a key role in testing, analysis, data insights, and continuous improvement initiatives across all consumer and mortgage lending platforms

Required

4-6 years of related experience in lending systems, business analysis, or loan operations
Strong understanding of lending systems (MeridianLink, Encompass, Fiserv DNA, etc.), loan operations, and financial regulations
Proficiency in data analytics and process documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools
Automation, AI literacy, and collaboration with cross-functional tech teams
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
