National Sales Manager - Retirement Plans
Employee Fiduciary LLC is a fast-growing leader in providing affordable, transparent, and expertly managed 401(k) plans. They are seeking a strategic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for employer-sponsored retirement plans, ensuring strong engagement with financial advisors and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement national sales strategies for retirement plan services (401(k), 403(b), 457, etc.)
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to advisor-driven models, targeting RIAs, Broker-Dealers, Payroll Providers, TPAs, Independent Financial Advisors, Aggregators, and Consultants
Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors to drive adoption of retirement plan solutions
Set and monitor performance metrics and sales targets
Manage and mentor internal and external sales teams
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations
Foster a culture of accountability and excellence
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Support complex sales negotiations, internal system demos, and onboarding processes
Provide feedback to marketing team on the advisor go to market strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field
7–10+ years of experience in retirement plan sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven success managing sales teams and achieving growth targets
Demonstrated success in advisor focused sales environments, with proven ability to influence and grow advisor networks
Deep understanding of ERISA, fiduciary standards, and retirement plan structures
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel nationally
Preferred
Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®)
Certified Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) or Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA)
Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)
Experience with both direct and intermediary advisor driven sales models
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
