Home Leasing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to assist in the daily upkeep of their Flower City Apartments. The role involves performing maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas, documenting property conditions, and providing on-call coverage for emergency calls.

Responsibilities

Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on the apartments and common areas under general supervision of Maintenance Tech I or Superintendent, including routine service calls as well as turnover cleaning, painting, and snow removal

Document outlining property conditions, including cleanliness of buildings and grounds

Perform maintenance on buildings as needed

Provide on call coverage for emergency calls

Assist in preparation of apartments for turnover

Complete work orders under supervision of maintenance tech I or superintendent

Perform snow removal as required

Perform daily cleaning in all common areas including vacuuming & carpet shampooing

Perform ground clean up

Respond to lock outs, noise problems and disturbances

Maintain records as required

Complete trash and refuse removal weekly
