Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise B2B applications for financial advisors
Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems
Guide technical execution and mentor engineers across multiple teams and projects
Collaborate with product and operations partners to build secure and compliant platforms that improve workflows and service capabilities
Apply AI tools and technologies to power innovative features for advisors
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems in production environments
Deep expertise in backend programming (e.g., Go, Python, Java) and cloud-native architecture
3+ years of experience leading large engineering teams or cross-functional technical initiatives
Strong system design skills and a solid foundation in software engineering best practices
Proven ability to communicate technical solutions clearly and deliver end-to-end projects at scale
