Responsibilities
Develop processes, write and update standard operating procedures and respond to inquiries related to customer facing products and services. Provide team member resources on bank products, services and customer transactions, which may include; checking accounts, savings accounts, IRAs, HSAs, consumer and in-house real estate loans, electronic banking and cash management
Serve as a subject matter expert for end-user experience on systems, including but not limited to: core and teller systems and electronic banking products and services. Develop and maintain knowledge through vendor publications and testing. Provide team member training and resources on systems applicable to their position
Assist with special projects to support customer facing functions. Examples of special projects may be system or software set-up and testing, review and improvement of processes, new product rollouts or developing and improving training materials and resources
Qualification
Required
Two year previous banking, finance and customer service experience
Strong background in working with a variety of bank operating systems
Ability to relate to teammates and customers
Effective listening and open communication skills
Commitment to continual learning and bias toward action
Ability to develop processes and write standard operating procedures
Experience in providing team member resources on bank products and services
Knowledge of core and teller systems and electronic banking products and services
Ability to assist with special projects related to customer facing functions
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
Preferred
Associate's Degree or Two Year College Equivalent in business, accounting or financial related field
