Develop and maintain a book of business, focusing on commercial lines accounts
Generate new business through cold-calling, warm leads, and referrals
Provide exceptional service to existing clients, including quoting new and renewal business
Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Utilize Hawksoft software for account management and documentation
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (open to candidates with small, mid, or large account experience)
Proven sales skills with a willingness to engage in both cold and warm outreach
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to previous roles
Preferred
Familiarity with Hawksoft software is a plus
