Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategic data analytics and reporting solutions that align with the client's mission and objectives

Design and implement complex data architectures, integrating various enterprise systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality data analytics and reporting systems

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in data analytics and reporting, offering strategic advice and guidance to business leadership

Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards, maintaining data integrity and security

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the data analytics capabilities of the client staff

Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing data architectures, recommending improvements and optimizations

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field

10 years of experience as a data solutions/data architect a focus on high volume data pipelines

Strong technical skills in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools

Experience providing technical and architectural expertise to support capture efforts, including solution shaping, customer engagement, and development of win themes and differentiators

Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required by the client
