Full accounting and reporting responsibilities for advisor entities
Daily and monthly journal entry bookings and related reconciliations
Extensive interaction with fund & tax accountants, auditors during year-end audit, and offshore support team
Extensive Management reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
Cash reconciliations and relevant journal entries
Inter-company reconciliation and settlement of outstanding balances
Balance Sheet review and sign-off of relevant accounts
Revenue booking, analysis, and forecasting
Review of Overhead Allocations
Expense booking, analysis, and forecasting
Involvement in monthly management reporting
Qualification
Required
Accounting degree or strong GAAP accounting knowledge required
Superior MS Excel skills required
2-3 years of experience
Preferred
CPA or Public accounting experience is a plus
Alternative Asset Management experience is a plus
Management reporting experience is a plus
