Regional Sales Director - MSP (IC)

A10 Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive revenue growth within the Managed Service Provider segment. This individual contributor role focuses on full lifecycle value creation, including new business acquisition and renewals, while representing A10 as a strategic partner in AI-era transformation.

Responsibilities

Drive new revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with regional and national MSPs
Operate a high-touch, consultative sales motion that aligns A10’s platform with customer strategic initiatives (AI infrastructure modernization, GPU cluster)
Build multi-threaded executive relationships across business, technical, and operations teams
Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Channel, and Product teams to deliver business outcomes, not just technology value
Own full sales lifecycle management: pipeline creation, deal qualification, proposal delivery, negotiation, and close
Drive expansion and renewals through measurable consumption growth and increased platform penetration
Maintain disciplined pipeline forecasting using Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure accuracy and predictability
Represent A10 at key MSP and technology partner events, driving visibility and brand awareness

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in networking, security, or cloud infrastructure
Minimum 4 years of direct experience selling into the Managed Service Provider market approach
Proven success in exceeding quota through a value-based, solution-oriented sales approach
Experience managing large, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
Familiarity with two-tier distribution models and MSP/VAR ecosystems
Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills
High degree of self-motivation, business discipline, and operational rigor
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC), Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Preferred

Experience in high-growth or startup environments
Knowledge of AI infrastructure trends, application networking, and hybrid cloud architectures
Ability to balance strategic account development with hands-on execution
Demonstrated success managing 'cradle-to-grave' sales cycles — from cold outreach to renewal
Thrives in a results-oriented culture built on accountability, teamwork, and customer impact
