Responsibilities
Handle program-level administrative tasks such as team communications, team scheduling, issue escalations, and status reporting
Manage change requests and escalate critical issues to leadership
Draft and edit communications, documents, reports, and presentations
Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings, conferences, and strategy sessions
Conduct research and support data-oriented tasks (e.g., reporting, cleanup) using Excel and other tools
Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in IT coordination or multi-team project coordination
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
Proficiency in Azure DevOps (Boards and Work Items) and Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Bonus points for skills in data reporting and analysis
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields
