Monitor Safety systems for critical and time sensitive information
Manage the flow of confidential information with discretion
Report data in an efficient and timely manner
Maintain current and accurate information
Report and assist in resolution of system issues in an efficient and timely manner
Understand and stay current with federal environmental regulations
Manage document retention in compliance with federal environmental regulations
Continuously improve processes
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft office with focus in Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented; strong organizational and project management skills
Track record of consistently producing accurate and high-quality work
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities with compressed timelines in a fast-paced environment
Cross-functional team player with ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
Self-motivated, self-starting critical thinker
Conducts all work in an ethical, honest, professional and confidential manner
Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Preferred
Knowledge of federal environmental regulations helpful but not required
