Responsibilities

Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting systems engineering and design artifacts
Work with both technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature architecture content of large programs design
Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model
Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical)
Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis
Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes (for model development, tool integration, and team integration)

Required

Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with at least 14 years of progressive engineering experience; 12 years with Master's; 10 years with PhD
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
8+ years of Experience implementing and using model-based systems engineering tools, practices, and methods
5+ years of Strong program execution skills; demonstrated ability to meet program technical, cost, and schedule milestones

Preferred

3+ years experience in developing Enterprise architectures using UAF and associated languages
3+ years experience in integrated digital technologies supporting various technical baselines
3+ years experience in developing system architectures using SysML
3+ years experience developing software architectures using UML
3+ years experience leading engineering teams of various sizes
3+ years experience mentoring and developing junior engineers
