Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate clear project objectives aligned with the SLRP strategy and intended business outcomes
Gather and organize pertinent data to support gap analyses, feasibility studies, and process enhancement initiatives
Engage in workshops and conduct interviews with business users to review existing supply chain processes and technologies
Coordinate with functional leaders to verify completion of 'ready for digital' requirements
Work alongside business teams to compile detailed process maps - Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with project managers to develop the project vision and document estimations related to time, cost, and resources for CEA submission
Facilitate the approval and definition of success criteria, business benefits, and acceptance metrics within functional teams
Lead requirements gathering workshops and conduct interviews with business users to accurately document user needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements under the supervision of senior team members to verify that solutions align with business objectives
Assist in the development of test cases and scripts
Provide support during system and user acceptance testing, including logging results and reporting any issues encountered
Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant materials
Serve as a point of contact for routine project inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary
Partner with change managers to uphold traceability, change management, and documentation standards
Aid in the development of training materials and user guides for new systems or processes
Support communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed regarding project developments and changes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
1–2+ years of organizational experience, task management & critical thinking
Strong stakeholder management, communication, detailed requirements, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
Familiarity with IT systems (ERP, POC, WMS etc.)
