They are seeking a Fund Administration Intern for a ten-week summer internship program in New York, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in fund administration tasks such as cash availability preparation, P&L analysis, and regulatory documentation assistance.

Responsibilities

Preparing daily cash availability

Analyzing daily P&L and estimated NAVs

Reconciling and analyzing exception-based records such as cash, receivables, payables, and income statement items

Assisting with the preparation of SEC filings

Reviewing and coordinating fund invoice payments

Assisting with regulatory and control documentation

Collaborating with colleagues across the firm

Gaining exposure to various product types (ICAV, open-end mutual funds, interval funds, and private LPs)

Qualification

Required

3.0 GPA or higher

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Dedicated work ethic and high attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, plus proficiency in excel
