Responsibilities
Serve as the Project Manager for large, complex task orders or multiple related task orders impacting the same system
Support the Program Manager in coordinating with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Task Order Managers, Government leadership, and customer agency representatives
Provide overall management of assigned task orders, ensuring that technical solutions, deliverables, and schedules are executed in accordance with contract requirements
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution, balancing cost, schedule, and performance objectives
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior Government stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical standards, and security policies
Guide and mentor project staff to maintain high performance and foster professional growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum five (5) years of relevant project management experience in IT and/or consulting fields
Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility in public and/or private sector environments
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects in Government or enterprise environments
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority
Bachelor's Degree in a related field + Four (4) additional years of directly related experience may be substituted for a degree
Secret – IT-II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance with a favorable NACLC
