Responsibilities
Create, validate, and modify business and system processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Design and produce metrics to measure process outcomes and drive continuous improvement
Analyze data trends to ensure data integrity and install benchmarks
Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders on process utilization and execution
Drive process improvements aligned with customer outcomes and business goals
Provide settlement subject matter expertise in projects and meetings, representing the department
Collaborate across teams and levels to influence and implement change
Maintain formal process documentation, including procedures and flow diagrams
Creating and validating processes
Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department
Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
Managing and leading a team of associates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Human Resources or Economics
At least 5 years of experience in Process Management
At least 1 years of experience in People Management
At least 2 years of experience in Relationship Management
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business Management
7+ years of experience in Process Management
3 years of experience in Project Management
3+ years of experience in People Management
5+ years of experience in Relationship management
