Commercial Account Executive (United States)

Responsibilities
Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly basis
Become an advisor for Copado products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers
Continuously build a pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Develop and grow relationships with accounts in your book of business
Be the voice of the customer; understand their needs and make them champions
Track all opportunity and customer details, including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Copado’s instance of Salesforce CRM
Participate in Copado’s comprehensive product, sales, process training, and certifications to develop expertise in the Copado solution, vision, and strategy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full-cycle sales experience
Real passion for technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; you move quickly, think strategically, and are superb at tactical execution
You're a team player; you understand that other groups within the company need to be successful, and you can successfully work together
You are emotionally intelligent, can deliver and receive feedback in a professional manner
Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
SaaS/Salesforce ecosystem sales experience
software/SaaS experience
Knowledge of the DevOps space
