Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions
Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts
Prepare and deliver closing documents to clients and staff
Perform administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required
Understanding of real estate contracts, the loan process, title insurance, and the escrow process
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with computer software, including familiarity with title and escrow software
Preferred
bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience closing escrow transactions is preferred
