The role involves ensuring the property is clean, safe, and inviting while performing various maintenance and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities
Perform "make ready" tasks to prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and appliance checks
Assist with general property upkeep, including picking up trash, landscaping, and maintaining curb appeal
Clean and maintain common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms
Assist with property inspections and ensure all areas are in compliance with safety standards
Address minor maintenance work orders when necessary and report any major repairs to the maintenance team
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward residents and guests while completing tasks efficiently and with care
Work closely with the maintenance and leasing teams to ensure the smooth operation of the property
Qualification
Required
Drivers Licensed (Required)
Must be able to pass a criminal background/Drug screening (Required)
Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Preferred
Previous experience in a Make Ready/Porter or similar role in property management or maintenance preferred
Basic knowledge of property maintenance tasks (painting, cleaning, minor repairs)
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform outdoor tasks as needed
