Responsibilities
Assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system
Conducting audits
Establishing controls
Training on tools and methodologies
Support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit
Reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases
Maintaining process documentation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Ability to operate machinery and follow standardized work instructions
Basic computer literacy (e.g., ability to enter data into production systems)
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods [include only if essential job function]
Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends if required
