Responsibilities
Track and analyze audience metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions
Develop and execute growth strategies across social media, newsletters, SEO, and other digital channels
Collaborate with editorial and content teams to amplify stories and optimize reach
Lead projects, campaigns, and initiatives (senior/manager-level roles)
Mentor associates and coordinate cross-team efforts (senior/manager-level roles)
Build and maintain content calendars, dashboards, and audience growth experiments
Qualification
Required
Experience in social media, newsletters, SEO, digital content growth, or audience engagement
Ability to track and analyze audience metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions
Experience in developing and executing growth strategies across social media, newsletters, SEO, and other digital channels
Ability to collaborate with editorial and content teams to amplify stories and optimize reach
Experience in leading projects, campaigns, and initiatives (for senior/manager-level roles)
Ability to mentor associates and coordinate cross-team efforts (for senior/manager-level roles)
Experience in building and maintaining content calendars, dashboards, and audience growth experiments
Thrive in a fast-paced newsroom or digital content environment
Strong communication skills — written and verbal — and able to collaborate with editorial teams
