Aircraft Manager

Responsibilities

Attend Section Hand Over (SHO) meetings for incoming aircraft and update the folio in ACPNG
Check the conformity of work orders according to generic and specific reference documents and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Schedule and steer work orders in line with priority plans, aircraft access, availability, and customer lead time requirements
Coordinate with all relevant parties (e.g. preparation, coordination, manufacturing engineering, logistics, DAHER departments) to ensure timely delivery of information, engineering solutions, parts, tools, and aircraft access
Follow-up of all open points for the assigned aircraft daily and update the status in GPAO, ACPNG, TANDEM, KPI SLA, OTD, etc
Ensure timely closure of all points to meet the green targets defined by the customer and internal EOW (end of work) goals
Report on the progress of open points to customers, customer interface, and FAL (via email, daily meetings, direct communication, etc.)
Prepare and present the aircraft handover presentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the technical coordination of aircraft, particularly with regard to storage and de-storage procedures
Proven experience in aircraft manufacturing, assembly, or project management
Confident communication in English
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Dynamic, independent, and flexible mindset
Team player focused on delivering excellent customer service
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively

Preferred

Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Airbus experience
Knowledge of another language (especially German or French)
