Provide calculation-based improvements to existing standard engineering details and support the development of new standard engineering details

Collaborate with the engineering team to support the development of technical reference material and engineering design tools

Support the enhancement of the truss repair process with the development of repair tracking and typical repair detail catalogue under the guidance and direction of senior staff

Support special engineering projects, strategic initiatives, and new product R&D initiatives

Collaborate to engineer cold-formed steel trusses, components, and framing under the guidance and direction of senior staff for project specific applications

Collaborate with the engineering and software development teams to support software analytical validation, performance assessment and enhancement development

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college degree program in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering; expected to graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with potential to convert to full-time employment

Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher

Ownership of one or more high priority projects that will assess your problem solving and leadership skills

MS Office suite of products

AutoCAD or other drafting software experience desirable
