Mold-Masters is a global leader in the plastics industry, seeking a Manager of Engineering Configuration and Standards. This role is responsible for leading the configuration management team, ensuring the integrity and standardization of product data, and overseeing PLM system implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the configuration management team, overseeing departmental operations, budgets, and personnel development

Define and implement configuration management strategies aligned with digital transformation initiatives

Manage PLM system configuration, workflows, and data governance to support configure-to-order processes

Ensure compliance with industry standards such as CMII, IEC82079-1, and Directive 2006/42/EC

Develop and maintain technical documentation, classification systems, and standard parts libraries

Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to optimize product configurations and data accuracy

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline configuration processes and enhance data quality

Coordinate change management, configuration audits, and system integrations across global sites

Provide guidance on technical documentation and translation strategies for international markets

Represent the configuration management function in cross-departmental projects and strategic initiatives
