Revelyst Golf Technology is seeking an experienced Director of Creative Design to join their team. This role involves leading the development and execution of design strategies, overseeing the Creative Team, and ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative vision and execution for all brand, marketing, and product design initiatives
Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams to align design strategies with business objectives
Oversee the development of visual assets for digital campaigns, product launches, packaging, and events
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints and channels
Stay ahead of design trends and technologies to keep RGT creative output fresh and competitive
Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and guide feedback into actionable improvements

Required

7+ years of experience in creative design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into compelling visual experiences
