Business Development Rep

Responsibilities
Prospecting and lead generation: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify and engage potential clients
Lead qualification: Research new prospects, identify key players, assess leads based on their needs and fit for our products or services
Appointment setting: Schedule qualified leads for discovery meetings or demos with wealth advisors
Communication and relationship building: Clearly communicate the company's value proposition, build initial relationships, and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel
Sales support: Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and support the sales team with hand-offs and follow-up
Pipeline management: Track outreach activities and manage a pipeline of potential opportunities
Qualification
