Responsibilities

Hands on Property Management experience at CBRE office, retail or industrial managed properties that could include tenant relations, client reporting and budgeting, property inspections, lease abstraction, compliance reviews, tenant/vendor meetings, leasing team meetings and tenant events

Participate in opportunities to interface and learn from local, regional and national leadership

Tour office, retail, and industrial properties in the market

Shadow typical Property Management positions in the market

Attend local events which could include: Employee Business Resource Group events, Team meetings of varying product types or job functions, CBRE Cares events
