Responsibilities

Lead a team of software developers in building applications and platforms using modern Typescript, React, HTML, .NET Core, SQL Server, and AWS technologies

Apply sound quality management methods, tools and techniques to create and support defect-free application software that meets the needs of the organization

Take complete ownership of product launch activities and coordinate closely with DevOps to monitor application performance and availability

Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be leveraged to strength CoStar’s technology platform and develop practices

Required

Bachelor's degree

5+ years' experience in web development and database technologies

3+ years' experience building large distributed, API-driven systems

Strong understanding of OOP and software design patterns

Experience using JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, and AWS technologies

Experience leading technical teams, working through complex requirements and offering relevant, timely technical solutions

Preferred

Experience with Document Data Systems (Dynamo, OpenSearch) a plus

Comfortable working across the stack with Node.js on the server-side

Experience with AWS S3, Lambda, SQS, Kafka, Redis a plus

Experience with Docker and container orchestration a plus

Experience working on a SOX compliant team a plus
