Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance: blow breezeways, pressure wash, remove cobwebs, dust handrails, clean light fixtures
Use your reliable vehicle with a tow hitch to transport mini dumpsters on-site
Haul dumpsters to and from the community compactor
Clean and maintain areas around compactors and trash rooms
Pick up loose and bagged trash
Clear chute rooms, dumpster areas, and perform other assigned duties
Qualification
Required
Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to Work in the U.S.: Proof needed at time of hire
Smartphone with Data Plan: Required to use our mobile app
Reliable Vehicle with Tow Hitch
Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance: Must list you as a covered driver
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Walk the property and handle repetitive physical tasks
Comfortable working in and around trash, odors, and waste
Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
