Responsibilities

Design and develop robust backend services using Node.js and Go (Golang)
Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using Auth0
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs with React.js apps
Design and manage scalable, RESTful, and secure APIs
Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Work closely with DevOps and QA to ensure deployment readiness and code quality
Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews

Required

5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend systems

Experience in database design and performance tuning (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
Expertise in Auth0, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT-based authentication
Strong background in building secure, scalable REST APIs
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a solid grasp of system design principles
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural, and multi-timezone team environment
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
