Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Accounting Manager modules within the Endur ETRM system
Collaborate with accounting, back-office, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system solutions that align with business needs
Support accounting workflows related to inventory management, including WACOG (Weighted Average Cost of Gas) and other relevant calculations
Perform system analysis and troubleshoot issues, ensuring accurate financial reporting and system integrity
Provide subject matter expertise on accounting processes and recommend best practices for system enhancements and process optimization
Work independently to deliver project milestones while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
Support user training, documentation, and post-implementation reviews to ensure smooth adoption of system changes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
Strong accounting background with proven experience in energy trading back-office operations
Hands-on experience configuring Accounting Manager in Endur, with a preference for natural gas commodities
Ability to work independently to design, configure, and test system functionalities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with inventory accounting processes such as WACOG and other cost accounting methodologies
Familiarity with ETRM systems beyond Endur and multi-commodity environments
Knowledge of energy trading financial reporting, settlements, and reconciliation workflows
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
