Responsibilities
Answer all customer inquiries via quote, text, chat and email
Respond promptly to changes in staff rosters and ensure seamless communication with relevant parties
Handle client and partner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, providing accurate information and solutions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes, policies, and services to assist stakeholders effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve scheduling conflicts or service issues
Record and update interactions in the system for accurate reporting and follow-ups
Manage emails on behalf of the client
Participate in weekly operations meetings
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a highly desirable plus
Proficiency in using customer service and scheduling software is a plus
Rostering software experience
