We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects in the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives, from scoping and business case development to execution and benefits realization
Establish clear project charters, structured project plans, and KPIs to track outcomes, not just outputs
Apply Agile project management methodologies for effective scheduling, resource planning, and milestone delivery
Manage cross-functional teams spanning IT, OT, data science, cloud engineering, and business stakeholders
Drive initiatives leveraging Azure (primary), with supplementary work in Google Cloud and SAP ecosystems
Oversee projects involving Databricks, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and data platform buildouts
Drive end-to-end business analysis and lead the execution of solution delivery, translating complex business needs into clear actionable requirements and overseeing the implementation to ensure realization of expected business value and solution adoption
Possesses strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities to effectively engage executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors driving alignment, influencing outcomes, and leading timely, high-quality decisions-making throughout the project lifecycle
Partner with business leaders, engineers, and AI specialists to translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions
Communicate complex technology initiatives in business terms for executive stakeholders
Manage organizational change to ensure adoption across technical and non-technical teams
Ensure projects align with industry regulations, HSE standards, and data security requirements
Establish governance frameworks for AI and data initiatives, balancing innovation with risk management
Translate transformation outputs (dashboards, models, workflows) into measurable business outcomes (efficiency gains, reduced downtime, safety improvements)
Monitor ROI and continuously refine project portfolios based on impact
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects, with formal PM qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Strong background in Agile delivery, including scheduling, dependency management, and milestone tracking
Familiarity with upstream, midstream, or downstream processes, including exposure to OT data (SCADA, historians, WITSML, Petrel)
Proven experience managing projects in Azure, with working knowledge of GCP and SAP integrations. Familiarity with Databricks is essential
Understanding AI/ML workflows, RAG, knowledge graphs, and data engineering concepts in enterprise settings
Demonstrated ability to engage executives, technical teams, and field operations in complex change programs
Strong background in managing budgets, risks, and schedules in highly regulated, safety-conscious industries
Preferred
Experience in data governance frameworks and AI ethics in industrial settings
Familiarity with multi-cloud deployments and hybrid architectures
Strong business acumen, with the ability to tie technology investments to commercial value
