$14/hr - $14/hrMillennial Assistants is looking to expand their network of freelance sales assistants. As a Sales Assistant, you'll provide sales and marketing support for various teams and clients, while managing tasks such as setting up marketing campaigns and maintaining data systems.

Responsibilities
Setting up marketing campaigns with direction from the marketing manager
Creating email templates
Responding to inquiries from LinkedIn or other social media campaigns (no phones)
Providing assistance to teams working on various types of sales and marketing campaigns
Accurately and efficiently entering data into various database systems, including CRMs or spreadsheets
Typing/recreating data provided directly from customers
Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
Retrieving data from databases or electronic files
Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Maintaining filing systems
Communicating and collaborating with management and other teams
Taking direction and feedback from managers when given
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years or older
Must be a self starter who requires little direction or oversight (there's a lot of creative freedom here!)
Reliable internet connection
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to accurately type at least 50WPM
Extreme attention to detail
Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Basic understanding of databases
Strong organizational and time management skills, works efficiently
High commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Ability to pass Millennial Assistants skills assessments and tests
